With spring just around the corner, concerts and camping trips are almost within reach. Dee James was inspired by the music and poetry of Almeda Bradshaw from Huntley Montana and on a lark, James decided to reach out to Bradshaw to see if she would be willing to put on a workshop and concert for the citizens of Williston and she graciously agreed.
Bradshaw is a pretty well known Western singer and songwriter and her musical skills are broad and well honed. Her two day guitar workshop is scheduled at the James Memorial Library for March 3rd from 2 PM to 4 PM and 4th from 9 AM to 11AM. Participants are asked to know a few basic chords and to have their own instrument but all ages and skill levels are welcome to learn. The concert is scheduled for Friday March 3rd at 7 PM at Center Stage and all music lovers are encouraged to attend. Tickets are available on the James Memorial Library’s website or at the door so mark your calendar for this wonderful weekend of guitar and grit.
